12 Beauty Investments Worth Every Cent They Cost

There are days when we like feel we have tried everything in beauty products. It is not true, though, as there are so many amazing (and sometimes not-so-incredible!) products on the market every day. Over the years, we have tried many expensive products and potions, but most of them were disappointing. Many of these products we have purchased ourselves, and others that some companies sent me. Today, however, we are sharing some investment purchases that, in my opinion, are well worth the hype and price.

AUGUSTINUS BADER RICH CEAM

Augustinus Bader is a resounding YES! This cream is hands down the best we have ever used. Our skin is now spoiled beyond belief. We wonder if any creams will ever be as good as this one.

MASON PEARSON BRUSH

It seems absurd to spend so much money on a hairbrush. But! It’s not a regular hairbrush, but it is more than that. There are two best Mason Pearson brushes – the pocket and the regular size. It’s a tool you will use for the rest your life. It evenly distributes oil throughout the hair and stimulates the scalp. (Remember, a healthy scalp is key to healthier hair.) It is the secret to getting a sleek, smooth look every time we go out with the hair down. It’s the lifeline!

YVES DURIF VENTED HAIRBRUSH:

This tool is the best you’ve ever used to comb your hair. It’s difficult to explain why it works so well, but it does. It doesn’t nag and it gets out all the tangles quickly. We also love the vented feature for speeding up hair drying time.

ARMANI LUMINOUS SILK FOUNDATION

There have been many gems among the dozens of products we tried, but none like the Armani one. It does exactly what its name implies. it makes skin look luminous! It is lightweight but easily buildable and it is the go-to when we need a little more coverage on days that we don’t wear much makeup.

VINTNER’S DAUGHTER: ACTIVE BOTANICAL SERUM

Vintner’s daughter is a product that you have probably heard of. Vintner’s Daughter is a gorgeous product that balances skin and leaves it looking and feeling great. After toning, use alternate between the Augustinus Bader rich cream and Vintner’s Daughter. You can try it if you don’t mind spending $185 on a bottle.

BACCARAT ROUND 540 PERFUME

Although it’s difficult to explain why this perfume is so special, we would choose this one if forced to choose. It is intoxicating, and you will receive compliments every time you wear it. The key notes include jasmine and cedarwood. It is very expensive, but we believe it is well worth the price.

SKINCEUTICALS C FERULIC

It would be a shame that this vitamin C is so costly. Although we are not sure why skin loves it so much we do notice a difference in how it feels when we use it and what it does to the skin. This particular vitamin C has many wonderful benefits, including anti-aging, protecting against environmental damage, and brightening the skin tone. It just melts into the skin, leaving it radiant and glowing. There are many other great products that cost much less than this one. If you are looking for something more affordable, keep checking out. This one is worthy of being on this list.

SUNDAY RILEY GOOD GENEES

Sunday Riley is a favorite skincare brand and Good Genes is the favourite product from their entire range. Lactic acid can be used for a variety of purposes, including improving texture and cleaning pores. It is also gentle enough to exfoliate (lactic acid has been praised as one of the best exfoliators), and it reduces fine lines. Although the results are not immediate and won’t be dramatic, we notice a difference in the skin after using it for just a few days.

DRUNK ELEPHANT T.L.C. SUKARI BABYFACIAL

It is the most powerful exfoliating mask on the market, and skin loves it. It’s only recommended for use when you are not pregnant. You can use it about once a week. After 15-20 minutes, skin is noticeably softened and brighter. If you are extremely sensitive, we recommend that you only leave it on for 10 minutes. This stuff is strong and you can build it up.

DRUNK ELEPHANT VIRGIN MARULA FACIAL OIL LUXURY

Another favorite Drunk Elephant product. A good face oil is something we all love. Unfortunately, it’s quite expensive. Some oils sit on the skin. This oil melts into skin and keeps winter flakes away.
