It’s Official Now – the Arab Fashion Week’s Date
28.06.2022The Arab Fashion Council (AFC), and Dubai Design District(d3) announced that the Men’s Ready to Wear Arab Fashion Week – Spring-Summer 2023 edition will be held from June 28-30. This event is the only one in Asia and the Middle East. The Dubai Design District will host this special fashion event. It is a platform that TECOM Group has created for fashion, architecture, art, and retail. The fourth edition of Men’s Fashion Week will feature catwalk shows as well as a variety of events. This event will be hosted in collaboration between international stakeholders like Meta, Microsoft, and GoDaddy to name a few.
This edition marks the 20th anniversary of the Arab Fashion Week. It was launched in 2015 and has featured hundreds of creative designers from more than 50 countries, including many from the Arab World. Arab Fashion Week is held four times per year. The men’s edition takes place in January and June, while the women’s edition takes place in March and October.
The vision of the Arab Fashion Council is to grow and nurture the regional fashion industry. The Men’s edition will highlight three of the most important initiatives, creativity. sustainability. Technology. Fashion fans can look forward to three collaborations that celebrate each of these ideas. Details of these collaborations will be revealed during the event.
Several designers will be showcasing their collections throughout the three-day event: Valette Studio and Lazoschmidl, as well as Arturo Obegero. They are being presented by Federation de la Haute Couture et de la Mode in France, which coordinates Paris Fashion Week.
Dubai Design District Executive Director Khadija Al Bastaki said that the region’s fashion industry is moving in a positive and exciting direction. Many of the Arab world’s top designers are carving out a unique space on the global stage.

This event is open to foreign brands that want to invest in the region, as well as local businesses that wish to export internationally. It ensures the industry’s success on all sides. Arab Fashion Week showcases a variety of regional and local talents and names. It also features some of the most well-known global brands like Antonio Marras and Jean Paul Gautier.
